Converted former maintenance garage into modern office and conference space, creating a flexible work environment  Integrated Annex and adjacent Stevenson Building into a unified geothermal system, transitioning from a reservoir-based system to a centralized ground-loop configuration Coordinated closely with Major Geothermal to design a compact central well field and plant located within the Annex Building to efficiently serve both facilities Leveraged existing heat pump equipment in the Stevenson Building to reduce construction costs and maintain system functionality during upgrades Phased installation and sequencing allowed the Stevenson Building to remain operational throughout construction, enabling a seamless transition to the new geothermal system with minimal downtime Photography credit Tim Gormley / tgimage.com
