Colorado Center – Tenant Buildouts and Renovations

The Colorado Center office and retail complex, located between downtown Denver and the Denver Tech Center, consists of Tower I, Tower II, newly completed Tower III, and the Annex Building. 360 Engineering has thus far completed over 30 tenant finish projects and renovations within these buildings, providing both mechanical engineering design and consulting services. In addition to multiple projects for office spaces, 360 provided HVAC and plumbing system design for a 4,900-square-foot fitness center on the first floor of the Annex Building, which included new restrooms and locker rooms.
