Melissa has been with 360 Engineering since 2008. Throughout her time with the firm, and as we have grown, Melissa’s role has evolved to encompass many disciplines. One thing that has not changed is how vital her role and leadership are to the organization. Melissa oversees finance and accounting, human resources, office management, information technology, risk management, and the firm’s professional licensures. In other words, she keeps things running smoothly.
Melissa holds a Master of Finance from Colorado State University and a B.A. in Psychology from Colorado Mesa University. Her expertise includes corporate finance, business administration, human resources, organizational development, and change management. She is involved with the Society for Design Administration (SDA) organization to remain up-to-date with best practices in management and professional standards of design firm administrative personnel and connected with other industry professionals.
In addition to her many functions at 360, Melissa stays busy studying for financial certifications, reading about business and economics, raising three teens, and traveling with her family!
